What is your warehouse address in China?

Important Information About Sending Products to SKUdrop

To ensure smooth handling of your shipments, we ask that you do not send products directly to our warehouse without first completing the required steps in your SKUdrop account.

📦 Step 1: Create a "Inbound" Shipment

Before any products are sent to our warehouse, you must:

Log in to your SKUdrop account
Go to ‘Shipping Orders’ > ‘Inbound’ in your SKUdrop account and enter your shipment details

Once completed, you will receive an email containing:

Full warehouse address (in both English and Chinese)
Contact details for our China-based team
Directions on where to download the SKUdrop labels that must be attached to each master carton

🚫 Without these labels, we cannot identify your products and they may be returned to the supplier.

🔄 Getting Quotes from Another Freight Forwarder (FF)?

If you’re requesting the warehouse address to get a quote from a non-SKUdrop freight forwarder, please make sure to:

Create an Own Freight Forwarder (OFF) shipment in your SKUdrop account
You’ll receive a form in your email that your FF must complete
The FF must send the completed form to our warehouse team to arrange pickup date and time

❗️If this form is not submitted and approved, the warehouse will not release your shipment.
