Packing List .csv File Upload Errors

Please ensue you have downloaded the file as a .csv file not an .xlsx file, to download the Packing List file in a .csv file please follow the instructions below.

1. Go to the manage shipments page

2. Click the shipment name - which opens the shipment summary

3. Click the shipment name in the top left hand corner

4. Click "View" in step 3 - Box labels printed

5. Click the "View or edit contents" link in the shipment box

6. Click the "Print pack list.csv" button
