I would like to cancel my monthly subscription, how do I do that?

How to cancel your SKUdrop monthly software subscription fees.

To close your SKUdrop account and cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:

1. Go to your Profile section in your SKUdrop account.
2. Scroll down to the bottom and select "Delete or Disable Account."
3. Choose the reason for deleting or disabling your account, then click Next.
4. If you have inventory in the warehouse, active shipments, or outstanding failed payments, you will not be able to delete or disable your account until those issues are resolved.
5. If you are able to proceed, select either

a. "Delete Account" (this will stop the monthly software subscription fee charges and all your data and invoices will be deleted and cannot be retrieved)

or

b. "Disable Account" (this will stop the monthly software subscription fee charges and your data will remain available, and you can reactivate your account in the future if you return to SKUdrop).
