Pausing or Disabling Your SKUdrop Account

If you do not have any inventory in the warehouse, and there are no active shipments or outstanding invoices, you have the option to pause your $9.99 software subscription fee by disabling your account.

🔧 How to Disable or Delete Your Account:

1. Log in to your SKUdrop account
2. Go to “Settings” > “Profile”
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page
4. Click on “Delete or Disable Account” and follow the prompts

⚠️ Important Notes:

• If you have inventory, active shipments, or unpaid invoices, the system will not allow you to disable or delete the account.
• You only need to disable the account to pause the software subscription fees—deletion is not required.
