How to save or email the HubSpot Chat

Your HubSpot chats are automatically saved for your convenience. To view previous chats, simply click the arrow next to the current Chat avatar in the top left-hand corner of the HubSpot Chat window.

If you’d like a transcript of a specific chat emailed to you, please ask a team member directly and provide the email address you'd like it sent to. Please note that Emma, our AI assistant, is unable to perform this task.
