How to Open a Support Request in SKUdrop

1. Log in to your SKUdrop account.
2. Go to All Shipments in the main menu.
3. Select the relevant shipping option:

• Inbound Shipments
• SKUdrop Orders
• FF Orders
• Quote Orders

4. Locate the shipment you need help with and click the Speech Bubble icon next to it.
5. Type your message describing the issue and submit it — this will create a support request linked directly to that shipment.
