Change Quantity in Cartons

Make changes to the cartons that are in our warehouse.

If you need to update any details related to your products or cartons that are in our warehouse please send us all the information that needs to be changed, and we’ll make the updates in our system as soon as possible.

While you may be able to update some details manually in your account, we still need to process the changes on our end to ensure that your cartons are correctly updated in our warehouse system.

If you're ready to proceed, just send the details to support@skudrop.com, and our team will take care of it promptly.

If you need to change the carton details for a new incoming shipment, you need to make those changes before you create the shipment. This is done by clicking on the SKU in "Uploaded Products" to open the details page, make the changes and click on "Save". If you have changed the "Per Unit Price" you will need to upload the new commercial invoice when you create the incoming shipment.

Please note: This only changes the details for the new shipment, the carton details for the previous incoming shipments will remain the same, including the per unit price.
