Amazon has assigned an AWD or FBA warehouse ID that SKUdrop doesn't recognise. What should I do?

Amazon AWD warehouse ID not currently in the SKUdrop system.

If Amazon assigns you an AWD or FBA warehouse ID that is not currently available in the SKUdrop system, please contact SKUdrop Support.

Please provide:

• The AWD or FBA warehouse ID; and
• The full warehouse address exactly as shown on your Amazon Shipping Plan.

Our team will verify the details and add the warehouse to the SKUdrop system so you can proceed with your shipment.
