# Why don't I see my most recent outbound shipment in Tracking HQ?

## How to view all your Inbound and Outbound shipping plans and Tracking information.

**How to View Your Shipment Details in SKUdrop**

You can find all the details of your most recent shipments by navigating to the **"All Shipments"** section in your SKUdrop account. From there, you can filter and view different types of shipments:

* **Inbound Orders** – View all incoming shipments to the SKUdrop warehouse
* **SKUdrop Orders** – View all outbound shipments handled by SKUdrop
* **FF Orders** – View shipments handled by your **Own Freight Forwarder**, including **AGL deliveries**
* **Quote Orders** – View all **requested shipping quotes** submitted through your account

### 📦 Tracking Outbound Shipments

Outbound shipping details are typically available in the **Tracking HQ** section of your account **within 5–10 days after the shipment is marked as shipped**, which usually occurs **within 48 hours of creating the shipping plan**.
