# When will my inventory be available to ship?

## How long does it take to receive my cartons.

**Receiving Process at Our Yiwu Warehouse**

When your incoming shipment arrives at our Yiwu warehouse, it typically takes **24–48 hours** to receive your cartons into inventory. In most cases, the process is completed much sooner, but during busy periods, it may take the full 48 hours.

Upon arrival, each carton is **externally checked** for any visible damage. The team then uses a **laser scanner** to verify the dimensions and weight. For larger deliveries, only a sample of cartons will be scanned and weighed.

If there are any discrepancies between the information you entered and the scanned measurements, we will take a **photo of the issue** and **email you with the details**.
