# What options are available to get a manual quote from SKUdrop

## Options available to get a manual quote from SKUdrop

The only available option to get a manual quote from SKUdrop for Amazon FBA, non-Amazon warehouses, or private addresses is to contact our support team at **support@skudrop.com** and request activation of the **Request for a Quote (RFQ)** feature on your account.

Once activated, you will see an additional option when following the standard process to create a shipping plan in your SKUdrop account.

For FBA shipments, you can currently select from a range of supported countries which now includes Australia and Canada . If your destination country is not listed under the **“Amazon FBA”** option, please select **“Anywhere in the World”** instead.

After submitting your RFQ, our team will prepare your quote as quickly as possible.

**Please note:** SKUdrop no longer uses manual quote forms to provide any shipping manual quotes, the only option is RFQ from within your SKUdrop account.
