**Freight Assist Fee Explanation**

As you know, SKUdrop offers the flexibility to use your own freight forwarder when storing goods at our China warehouse — a level of flexibility that is uncommon within our industry.

When customers choose to use an external freight forwarder, our operations team is still required to provide hands-on support to ensure the shipment is prepared and dispatched correctly. This includes:

* Preparing detailed packing lists
* Liaising directly with your nominated freight forwarder
* Coordinating driver schedules and warehouse site access
* Managing LCL and FCL loading onsite, including supporting documentation

These tasks are operationally intensive and fall outside our standard service scope, however we have continued to support them to ensure smooth outbound shipments.

To help cover these additional operational activities, a **Freight Assist Fee** will apply. This fee is charged **per CBM** (see attached rate schedule).

**Important:**

* The Freight Assist Fee **only applies when using external freight services**.
* If you use **SKUdrop’s export shipping services**, **no Freight Assist Fee will be charged**, as these processes are handled automatically through our internal systems.
