# Using Own Freight Forwarder (OFF) or AGL

## Using OFF or AGL to ship from SKUdrop

SKUdrop gives you the flexibility to ship your products from our Yiwu warehouse to **Amazon** or almost **anywhere in the world** using:

* **SKUdrop**
* **Your Own Freight Forwarder (OFF)**, or
* **Amazon Global Logistics (AGL)**

### 🚛 Step-by-Step for OFF & AGL Shipments
#### 1. Create a Shipping Plan in Amazon Seller Central (SC)

* You will need to manually create your shipping plan **in your Seller Central account**.

#### 2. Use the OFF Option in SKUdrop

* Once your shipping plan is created, log in to your SKUdrop account:

* Go to **“Shipping Orders” > “Outbound”**
* **Choose these options:**
* SKUdrop China Node
* Anywhere in the World
* Own Freight Forwarder
* Then click **“Confirm Selection.”**
* **Select the number of cartons** you want to ship for each SKU.
* **Then add the required FF information.**
* **Click the “Select” Button.**
* **Then click on “Confirm Prep Fees and Submit Shipment”.**

**Please note:**  
SKUdrop is **not responsible** for delivering your shipment to your freight forwarder (FF). It is the FF’s responsibility to **arrange pickup** from SKUdrop’s warehouse. This is done using the **Pickup Form** that will be attached to the email you receive after completing the **OFF shipment** process.

Under special circumstances, SKUdrop may assist with delivery to the FF, but **additional delivery fees** will apply, please contact Support on support@skudrop.com to make your enquiry.

### 📦 AGL Shipments (Important Notes)

* AGL shipments **also use the OFF option** in SKUdrop
* The **first time** you use the OFF workflow, you’ll see a set of **AGL instructional slides**, you are able to download the slides which is highly recommended to do.

> ✅ **It’s very important you follow these slides carefully**
* **Key Reminder:**  
SKUdrop only supports **delivery to AGL** — we **do not allow AGL to pick up** products from our warehouse.
* At the end of the slides, you’ll have the option to **download them** for future reference.

### 📄 AGL Delivery Form (ALO)

Once you’ve completed your AGL shipping plan in Seller Central, **Amazon or your supplier** will provide an **AGL delivery document** (usually starting with **ALO**).

👉 Please **email that document to support@skudrop.com** so our team can **book the delivery date and time** with AGL.

> 📅 **AGL only accepts deliveries Monday to Friday.** No weekend deliveries are allowed.
