# Sending your products to SKUdrop's Warehouse in Yiwu China

## How to ship to the SKUdrop warehouse.

**📦 How to Add Products and Create Incoming Shipments in SKUdrop**

Managing product shipments efficiently is essential for any growing business. With **SKUdrop**, the process is seamless and straightforward. Just follow the steps below to **add products**, **create incoming orders**, and ensure **smooth delivery** to our warehouse.

Please Note: All cartons need to be the same size, weight and number of units per carton for each SKU. If you have cartons for a SKU that is different, for example have more or less units in the carton then you will need to create a separate incoming shipment for the carton or cartons.

### ✅ Step 1: Add Products to Your Dashboard

1. Navigate to **“Upload Products”** in your SKUdrop dashboard
2. Input the **required product details**

* Be sure to include a **valid U.S. HTS Code** (HS Code), as it’s used for customs and tariff calculations

### 🚚 Step 2: Create an Incoming Order

1. Go to **“Shipping Orders” > “Inbound”**
2. Follow these sub-steps:

* **2.1** Click **“Inbound”**
* **2.2** Select the **Carton quantities** you plan to send
* **2.3** Enter the **Per Unit Cost** (the price you paid per item)
* **2.4** Add a **brief product description**
* **2.5** Enter your **Supplier details**
* **2.6** Upload your **Commercial Invoice** (this must match your declared values)

### 📝 Step 3: Confirm and Submit Incoming Shipment

* **3.1** Click **“Confirm Incoming Shipment”**
* **3.2** Enter the **Estimated Delivery Date**
* **3.3** Confirm carton details by selecting **“YES”**
* **3.4** Click **“Submit”** to finalize your shipment

### 🏷️ Step 4: Send SKUdrop Labels to Your Supplier

1. Go to **“All Shipments” > “Incoming Shipments”**
2. Click the **three small dots** next to the shipment
3. Select **“Download”** to get your **SKUdrop labels**

> 🔖 Each **master carton** must be labeled with these SKUdrop labels before being shipped to our warehouse. This ensures your shipment is properly received and processed.
