# If my supplier or Freight Forwarder wants to contact SKUdrop, how is that done?

## Supplier or Freight Forwarder Contacting SKUdrop

If your **Supplier** needs to contact SKUdrop, you should contact SKUdrop Support yourself by either:

* **Sending an email** to: **support@skudrop.com**, or
* Using Chat AI, select **“Team”** to be connected with someone from our support team.

If your Freight Forwarder needs to contact SKUdrop after completing an Own Freight Forwarder (OFF) shipment. When you complete the OFF process you will receive an email from SKUdrop with a pickup form attached, you need to send that form to your Freight Forwarder (FF) to complete and return to the SKUdrop warehouse staff, the contact details are on the pickup form. Sending the pickup form to the FF is very important, the FF needs to follow the instructions on the form to arrange the collection of the shipment.
