# I would like to cancel my monthly subscription, how do I do that?

## How to cancel your SKUdrop monthly software subscription fees.

To close your SKUdrop account and cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:

1. Go to your **Profile** section in your SKUdrop account.
2. Scroll down to the bottom and select **"Delete or Disable Account."**
3. Choose the reason for deleting or disabling your account, then click **Next.**
4. If you have **inventory in the warehouse, active shipments, or outstanding failed payments**, you will not be able to delete or disable your account until those issues are resolved.
5. If you are able to proceed, select either

**a. "Delete Account"** (this will stop the monthly software subscription fee charges and all your data and invoices will be deleted and cannot be retrieved)

or

**b. "Disable Account"** (this will stop the monthly software subscription fee charges and your data will remain available, and you can reactivate your account in the future if you return to SKUdrop).
