# How to Manage Email Notifications for Users in SKUdrop

## SKUdrop allows you to choose which users receive email notifications about shipments, inventory, support requests, billing and account updates.

🔔 SKUdrop allows you to choose which users receive email notifications about shipments, inventory, support requests, billing and account updates.

If you have added additional users to your SKUdrop account, you can customise their notification preferences so the appropriate team members receive relevant information.

### Step 1. Open Notification Settings

1. Log in to your **SKUdrop Dashboard**.
2. Navigate to **Settings** in the left-hand menu.
3. Select **Notifications** from the Settings menu.

### Step 2. Choose Your Notification Categories

You will see several notification categories, each allowing you to select which email addresses should receive updates.

| Notification Category | Description |
| --- | --- |
| Incoming Shipments | Notifications relating to incoming shipments to SKUdrop's warehouse |
| Outgoing Shipments | Notifications relating to outbound shipping orders |
| Support Requests | Updates and responses to support requests |
| Inventory and Products | Notifications relating to inventory and products |
| Billing and Payment | Notifications relating to invoices and payments |
| Account Related Notifications | General account-related updates and notifications |

### Step 3. Select Users to Receive Notifications

1. Locate the notification category you wish to update.
2. Click the **dropdown arrow** next to the email address field.
3. Select the additional users you want to receive notifications for that category.
4. Repeat for any other notification categories you wish to configure.

**Please note:** Additional users must already be added to your SKUdrop account before they can be selected to receive notifications.

### Step 4. Save Your Changes

Once you have selected the appropriate users, click **“SAVE CHANGES”** at the bottom of the page.

Your selected users will now receive email notifications for their assigned categories.

### Important Information

* Notification preferences can be customised separately for each category.
* Multiple users can be selected to receive the same notifications.
* You can update these preferences at any time through **Settings > Notifications**.
* We recommend enabling relevant notifications for team members responsible for shipments, inventory and billing to ensure important updates are not missed.
