# How do I update my Commercial Invoice

## How to update your Commercial Invoice and Per Unit Price

**How to Update Your Per Unit Price and Commercial Invoice in SKUdrop**

If you need to update the **Per Unit price** and **Commercial Invoice** for any SKUs, this must be done by creating an **Incoming Shipment**. Please follow the steps below:

### 🔄 Steps to Update:

1. Go to **“Shipping Orders” > “Inbound”**
2. Add **1 carton** for each SKU you wish to update (or the actual number if you're creating a real incoming shipment)
3. Update the **Per Unit price** and **upload the new Commercial Invoice**
4. Click **“Confirm Incoming Shipment”** and follow the prompts to complete the process
5. Wait **15 minutes**, then:

* If this was just for updating details, you can **delete the shipment**
* If it's an actual incoming shipment, just **leave it as is**

Once done, the updated **Per Unit price** and **Commercial Invoice** will be applied in the system.

### ⚠️ Important Notes:

* The **updated Per Unit price** will only apply to **new incoming inventory** that is **created and delivered after** this update.
* **Existing inventory already in storage** will continue to use the **previous Per Unit price** for calculating Duties and Tariffs.

If you need to update the Per Unit price for inventory that is **already in storage**, please contact **SKUdrop Support** at **support@skudrop.com** and we will assist you directly.
