## How do I stop paying the monthly $9.99 software subscription fee if you are no longer selling products

**Pausing or Disabling Your SKUdrop Account**

If you do **not have any inventory in the warehouse**, and there are **no active shipments or outstanding invoices**, you have the option to **pause your $9.99 software subscription fee** by disabling your account.

### 🔧 How to Disable or Delete Your Account:

1. Log in to your **SKUdrop account**
2. Go to **“Settings” > “Profile”**
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page
4. Click on **“Delete or Disable Account”** and follow the prompts

> ⚠️ **Important Notes:**

* If you **have inventory**, **active shipments**, or **unpaid invoices**, the system will **not allow you to disable or delete** the account.
* You only need to **disable** the account to pause the **software subscription fees**—**deletion is not required**.
