# How do I select "Individual" or "Case-packed" in Seller Central

## How to Choose "Individual" or "Case-packed" in Seller Central

**Follow these steps:**

1. **Log in** to [Amazon Seller Central](https://sellercentral.amazon.com/).
2. Go to **Inventory** → **Manage FBA Shipments** or click **“Send to Amazon”** under **Inventory**.
3. Click **“Create shipment”** or **“Send/Replenish Inventory”** depending on your workflow.
4. **Select the SKUs** and quantity you want to send.
5. On the **“Packing Type”** step (you’ll see a dropdown or selection screen), choose one of the following:

* **Individual products**: Select this if each box contains **different SKUs** or **varied quantities**.
* **Case-packed products**: Select this if each box contains **only one SKU**, and all units are **identical in size and quantity** (e.g., 100 identical mugs per box).
6. Continue with the rest of the shipment process (labeling, box content info, carrier, etc.).

### ✅ Tips

* **Case-packed** streamlines Amazon’s receiving process but has strict uniformity requirements (max 150 units per case).
* If the packing type isn't shown, double-check that you're in the **“Send to Amazon”** workflow and not a legacy shipment flow.
