# How do I pay a failed payment?

## How to Resolve a Failed Payment in SKUdrop.

If you’ve received an email notifying you of a **failed payment**, it's important to resolve the issue promptly so your shipment is not held up from leaving China for failed Shipping invoices or processed through Customs for failed Duty and or Tariff invoices. The email will indicate **why the payment failed**. Here are the most common reasons and how to fix them:

---
#### ⚠️ 1. Payment Requires Authorization

Some failed payments occur because additional **authorization is required**.

**Steps to resolve:**

* Go to **"Billing"** in your SKUdrop account.
* Click the **"Pay"** button next to the failed invoice.
* A payment window will appear.
* Follow the prompts to **complete the payment authorization**.

---
#### 💳 2. Insufficient Funds

If the failure is due to **insufficient funds** on your card:

**Steps to resolve:**

* Add funds to your **credit or debit card**.
* Return to the **"Billing"** section.
* Click **"Pay"** to retry the payment.
* You will receive a **notification** confirming success or failure.

---
#### 🏦 3. Bank Blocked the Payment

Sometimes, your **bank may block the transaction** due to security or policy reasons.

**Steps to resolve:**

* Contact your **bank** to approve the charge.
* Or, add a **new payment method**:

* Go to your **"Profile"**
* Scroll to the **Payment Section**
* Add a new **Visa, MasterCard, or AMEX** (other cards are not accepted)
