## How do I get the contact details for SKUdrop for my Freight Forwarder (FF)

You will first need to create an **Own Freight Forwarder (OFF)** shipment in your SKUdrop account.

Once this has been completed, you will receive an email from SKUdrop with a **pickup form attached**. This form must be forwarded to your Freight Forwarder (FF) for completion and then returned to the SKUdrop warehouse team.

All required contact details and instructions are included on the pickup form.

Please note that sending this form to your Freight Forwarder is **essential**. The FF must follow the instructions provided on the form to arrange collection of the shipment. If these steps are not followed, the warehouse staff will **not be able to release the goods**.
