# How do I cancel my SKUdrop subscription?

## How to disable or cancel your SKUdrop subscription

To disable or cancel your SKUdrop subscription please go to your "Profile" section and scroll down to the bottom and select "Delete or Disable Account".

Select the reason you are deleting or disabling your account and click next.

Please note that if you have inventory in our warehouse or active shipments or outstanding failed payments you will not be able to delete or disable the account until the issue has been rectified.

If you are able to Delete or Disable your account then select either "Delete Account" or "Disable Account", if you Delete your account all your data and invoices will be deleted and cannot be retrieved, if you select Disable account all your data will still be available and if you come back to SKUdrop in the near future you just need to re-activate your account.
