## Where to go to open a Support Request in your SKUdrop account

**How to Open a Support Request in SKUdrop**

1. Log in to your SKUdrop account.
2. Go to **All Shipments** in the main menu.
3. Select the relevant shipping option:

* **Inbound Shipments**
* **SKUdrop Orders**
* **FF Orders**
* **Quote Orders**
4. Locate the shipment you need help with and click the **Speech Bubble icon** next to it.
5. Type your message describing the issue and submit it — this will create a support request linked directly to that shipment.
