## Providing a Packing Slip for my outbound shipments

**Packing Slips and Invoices for Claims**

SKUdrop does **not produce individual packing slips** for each order. We only generate a **packing slip for the entire container**, which is provided to the **customs broker** for clearance purposes.

If you are required to provide a **packing slip to Amazon or another party** (e.g., for a claim related to lost products), we recommend using the **invoice for the specific shipment**. This invoice contains all the necessary details Amazon typically requires.

### 📄 How to Download Your Invoice:

1. Log in to your **SKUdrop account**
2. Go to **“Settings” > “Billing”**
3. Locate the relevant shipment
4. Click **“Download”** – the file will be in **PDF format**

If you prefer not to share the shipping cost with Amazon or a third party, you can:

* **Take a screenshot** of only the relevant section of the invoice
* Or **black out** the pricing details before submitting it
