# Amazon has assigned an AWD or FBA warehouse ID that SKUdrop doesn't recognise. What should I do?

## Amazon AWD warehouse ID not currently in the SKUdrop system.

If Amazon assigns you an **AWD or FBA warehouse ID that is not currently available in the SKUdrop system**, please contact **SKUdrop Support**.

Please provide:

* The **AWD or FBA warehouse ID**; and
* The **full warehouse address exactly as shown on your Amazon Shipping Plan**.

Our team will verify the details and add the warehouse to the SKUdrop system so you can proceed with your shipment.
